This service ensures homeowners are promptly notified of any activity taking place on their property. Unauthorized activity on your real estate holdings can potentially harm your credibility and credit rating.
Veteran & Military Discount Program
To encourage more Military/Veterans to file their Military Discharge papers and as a gesture of appreciation, the Register of Deeds has established a network of Sedgwick County businesses offering military and veteran discounts. Our office also provides free County-issued Photo ID cards to aid participating merchants in identifying eligible military personnel.
